The ideal package for both the beginner and the advanced student of yoga wanting to experience something unique: Yoga overlooking Morocco’s famous imperial city Marrakech & yoga in the stunning surrounding of Morocco’s Sahara Desert. You will spend 10 days traveling from the vibrant city of Marrakech, passing the Drâa-Valley, to the remote tranquility of Erg Chebbi in search of inspiration, inner peace and relaxation. You will get the chance to dive deep into asana and meditation whilst being immersed in the nature’s untouched forms to take advantage of its calming effects.

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Transfer from the airport to your Riad in Medina, Spend the night in the cool calm in one of our beautiful Partner Riads. We will enjoy a lovely prepared dinner and will take the time to get to know each other, share our expectations and wishes for the upcoming days.

Day 2: First YOUGA lesson & Explore Marrakech city

After enjoying your first yoga lesson on the rooftop overlooking the ancient city and after breakfast, we dive into the most famous of Morocco’s imperial cities for a guided tour including Bahia palace, Koutoubia Mosque. After lunch at the restaurant near the square « Djemaa el Fna », you will walk through the souks and discover hundreds of handicrafts. Before you spent another night in the beautiful Riad, you will enjoy the sunset yoga session and a dinner with the group there on the Riad's rooftop.

Day 3: Marrakech to Rose valley (Boutaghrar village)

Early morning after breakfast we head south and cross the high atlas by Tizi-N’Tishka (2200M). We head through 1000 kasbahs road, stop for Visiting the Almoravids Kasbah 11cantury, Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, one of the important parts for any visitor come to visit Morocco, this UNESCO –protected marvel has been used as a backdrop in a number of famous films, such as Gladiator, Games of thrones …. We enjoy the spectacular views and have lunch in Ouarzazat city. After lunch we finish our road to Boutaghrar village in Kalaat M’Gouna, passing by Skoura Oasis (Approximately 7 Hours). You'll be hosted by local women, and there will be some Berber music and local songs to enjoy. A tasty, traditional repast will be waiting for you on arrival. Your accommodation is a beautiful terra cotta gite (rural guesthouse). From here, the views of the surrounding hills are superb, and you'll be greeted with warm hospitality from the local family who run the establishment.

Day 4: Boutaghrar village

Starting the day with a morning yoga session facing the impressive Berber village, fresh air, amazing views. After that We'll take a short walking in a westbound direction, passing through villages, and meeting some of the locals on the way, you'll most likely see a few local farmers going about their daily business along the way. (1 HOUR walking). We will have lunch together in the cave at the same guest house. After lunch, visit a farm and learn some traditional farming skills that have been practiced in this part of Morocco for centuries (such as milking, battering the milk, and bringing some herbs from the farm to feed the animals). Make sure you take a chance to feed the animals. For many Moroccan families, animals are a very important part of their lives. More often than not, the wealth of the family depends on their livestock.

Day 5: Boutaghrar to Marzouga Sahara Daesert

After an early breakfast, we travel by bus through many villages to Merzouga, a town and oasis right on the edge of Erg Chebbi, one of South Morocco’s two famous sand deserts. We will have certain stops on the way; the landscape is highly enjoyable all day long. Once arrived in Merzouga we will enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the night in a charming, family ran Kasbah overseeing the dunes.

Day 6: Sahara Desert

Starting the day with a morning yoga session facing the impressive dunes of Erg Chebbi, we begin our adventure and head right into the desert, accompanied by experienced local guides. We will have lunch together in the camp. After you will be able to enjoy yourself. At sunset we have a yoga session in the incredible calm and tranquil of the desert in between giant sand dunes and under an unforgettable sky. After dinner, accompanied by traditional live music and a camp fire, you will spend the night in a Berber tent.

Day 7: Explore sahara desert

The following days are spent in our desert yoga camp. Berber cuisine accompanies exciting days of yoga practice, exploration, relaxation, and spiritual experiences. Perhaps the most important part of the evening is watching how couscous is prepared in a traditional way. It's a classic and characterful component of Maghrebi cuisine, having romantic dinners under the unforgettable desert sky or finding yourself in fully enjoying the tranquility and quietness– here you can let it come true. The one certainty is: It will be an unforgettable experience

Day 8: Sahara Desert - Marrakech

After the night back in the charming Kasbah in Merzouga we take the bus back to Marrakech, enjoying lunch (Berber PIZZA) in todgha Gorge a very beautiful place, familly food, peaceful and quiet. In Marrakech we will spend the final two nights back in one of our amazing traditional Moroccan housings. Dinner will be in the lively towen square Jamaa El Fna (local experience).

Day 9: Marrakech city

On the penultimate day of our trip, you are free to enjoy diving into the souks of the medina – or any other preferred activity – for a last goodbye. You will enjoy your final sunset yoga session overseeing Marrakech and a splendid farewell dinner in the group.

Bid farewell to your travel companions as the trip comes to an end today.
